Fresh Farm Academy is an immersive, hands-on training initiative powered by Flint River Fresh. We equip growers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders with the skills, tools, and business sense to start and sustain small farms that feed local families and schools.
Our training blends real-world farming with market education — from soil to sales — while honoring the legacy of Dr. Booker T. Whatley’s “Ten Commandments for Small Farmers.”
