Economic Opportunities

We connect local small farming cooperative with local schools, grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, catering companies, chefs, event planners, and institutions in order to give farmers a viable markets for their products.

By focusing on a few signature crops not handled by broad-line food service distributors, we have built a reputation for quality and dependability. Our primary market are the growing number of schools interested serving local, fresh, healthy food for school lunches and other meals plus introducing young students to local farmers. .

Harvest of the Month

We work with School Nutrition Departments every month to promote local, seasonal fruits and vegetables. We highlight a different Georgia-Grown product each month of the school year. It helps cultivate a healthy food and farm connection by increasing students exposure to seasonal foods while supporting local farmers.

Produce Boxes

We provide pre-made boxes of locally-grown, freshly picked fruits and vegetables directly to shoppers at an affordable price in Dougherty County during two peak growing seasons (May thru July & October thru November). During these times, people can find the freshest produce in the area. The boxes contain 8 to 10 fruits and vegetables. They are available in 3 different sizes to meet your individual or family needs - half size (feeds 1 to 2 people), full size (feeds 3 to 4 people), and super size (feeds 5 or more people).

We also partners with local churches, community groups, Albany Housing Authority and City of Albany to distributed pre-made boxes in food insecurity neighborhoods with high populations of single-parent homes, individuals with disabilities, and seniors.
